Background Project Output

Amit comes from Kushinagar (Uttar Pradesh), India. He completed his master’s degree in Electronics from Gorakhpur University, Gorakhpur, India. He worked on ‘Development of physiological sensor suite’ in his master thesis with a motivation to develop a prototype suite to acquire one’s (specially soldier’s) physiological signal and wirelessly send to a base station for analysing his psycho-physiologic status. After masters, he worked in INMAS (Institute of Nuclear medicine & Allied Sciences) and NBRC (National Brain Research Centre) in India, on signal processing, multimodal neuroimagoing, methods development, functional connectivity and hemispheric laterality.
Presently, he is working in Elekta Oy, Finland under ChildBrain project to develop tools and methods for pediatric MEG under supervision of Prof Lauri Parkkonen and Dr. Jukka Nenonen.
He likes to play billiards or badminton in free time.
